All Services are provided for learning and inspiration. We do not provide legal, health, or financial advice.

5. Refund Policy

At MyDrinkCreation™, we strongly believe in responsible purchasing.

Our courses are designed with care, research, and expertise. Once purchased, you gain full and immediate access to the complete intellectual property: lessons, videos, methods, and materials. Because of this:

  • No refunds are provided for:

    • Change of mind.

    • General dissatisfaction (“I didn’t like it”).

    • Misunderstandings (“I thought it was something else”).

    • Lack of usage (“I didn’t watch it yet”).

Purchases made under assumptions or personal expectations (e.g., “I bought thinking it was X”) do not qualify for refunds. We encourage every customer to carefully review course descriptions, previews, and outlines before purchasing.

  • Refunds may be considered only in specific cases, such as:

    • Double payments (accidental duplicate charges).

    • Technical access errors directly caused by our system.

    • Incorrect product delivery.

Refund requests in these cases must be explained in writing (via email, social message, or call) and accompanied by reasonable proof. Each case will be assessed individually.

Note: Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are always entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if the service is faulty, not delivered, or not as described. Our Refund Policy respects and follows these laws.

By submitting content, you confirm that:
